Oldcastle Materials is the leading vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mixed concrete, and paving services in the United States. Annually we produce 192 million tons of aggregates, 57 million tons of asphalt, and 13 million cubic yards of ready mixed concrete at 1,400 locations nationwide.

Our goal is to develop leaders at every level in the organization to meet our objectives today and for our future tomorrow; we refer to this as fueling our leadership pipeline. Talent Management is an ongoing process that helps us to identify, develop and leverage our talent across our various businesses and geographic regions. Oldcastle utilizes web-based software to capture and manage information about our talent within the organization globally. The focus on developing our people is recognized from the top down as critical to Oldcastle’s performance and growth strategy.
